Trent Harrison

Trent is a dad of 3, husband, and founder of Ransomed Bodies Training. 

He is world renowned for his grocery store tips and weight loss recipes. His mission for Ransomed Bodies is to show everyday people that you can still enjoy your favorite foods and things in life, while getting in incredible shape. 

Trent graduated from USC’s Keck School of Medicine and specialized in Orthopedic Surgery as a PA, before transitioning into full-time online coaching. His medical background with his fitness expertise creates a unique coaching dynamic that leads to proven results. 

Trent is a believer in mastering the 4 F’s (faith, family, fitness, and finance). He has been coaching for 7+ years and his goal is to provide a simple and sustainable system to make fitness a sustainable identity and lifestyle.
